This Privacy Policy explains how OddPix (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”).
OddPix is designed so that core features do not require an internet connection. The App processes your content and settings on your device. Any preferences or data you save for convenience (for example, app settings) are stored locally on your device and are not sent to our servers, because we do not operate backend servers for the App.
We offer a one-time in-app purchase for USD $1.00 to unlock paid features. Purchases are processed only through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. We do not use third-party subscription or analytics services for purchases.
We do not knowingly collect, store, or share personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location through the App itself. If you email us (see below), we will use your message only to respond to you.
We prioritize keeping your information on your device under your control. Data that remains on the device is subject to your device’s own security and backup settings.
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page or within the App. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
